3 SIMPLE STEPS TO RENT A PROPERTY

  1. After you have found a suitable property you will be required to complete an application form and pay the administration fee* of £150.00. (£75.00 per person if more than 2 people occupying the property over the age of 18) administration fee secures the property for a maximum of two weeks. If a Guarantor is required then our Guarantor Fee is £75.00. Please note: The property will only be taken off the rental list once the administration fee has been paid.
  2. We will obtain all relevant references from the information provided and inform you once all references are received (please allow 7 days for reference clearance.)
  3. On the day of completion (the day you sign the tenancy) you must bring one month's advance rent and one month's security deposit. This must be in cleared funds (Cash, Building or Bankers Draft)
